When you use the quote form or contact us, we may process information you provide, such as:
- company, name, email address and phone number,
- the service your request concerns,
- material, dimensions, volume and other information included in your message,
- subsequent correspondence relating to your request.
Our web server and IT providers may also process technical information such as IP address, timestamps, browser/device information and security logs for operation, troubleshooting and website protection.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Quote and contact requests: to respond, prepare a quote and take steps relating to a potential contract. Where applicable, the processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For B2B contacts, processing may also be based on our legitimate interest in managing business enquiries and customer relationships.
- Operation and security: to keep the website functioning, prevent misuse and troubleshoot technical issues. This is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functioning website.
- Legal obligations: data may be kept longer where required by law, for example accounting requirements, or where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. How quote requests are handled
A quote request submitted through the website is stored in Rollco Nordic's WordPress administration and is intended to generate an email notification to info@rollconordic.se. Access should be limited to people who need the information to handle the request.
5. Recipients and service providers
Personal data may be processed by authorised Rollco Nordic AB staff and by providers that assist us with web hosting, IT operations, security and email. Where such providers act as processors, they may only process the data under agreement and our instructions.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Third-party services
The website loads fonts through Google Fonts. When these resources are loaded, your browser contacts Google and technical information such as your IP address and browser information may be transferred to Google. The website's map link opens Google Maps only when you choose to click it. Third-party providers' own privacy terms apply to their processing.
Such processing may in some cases involve transfers of personal data outside the EU/EEA. Where this occurs, the relevant provider must use applicable safeguards under data protection law.
7. How long data is kept
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Quote and contact details are retained for the period needed to handle and follow up the enquiry. If the contact results in a customer relationship, relevant information may be kept longer in accordance with contracts, accounting requirements and other legal obligations. Technical logs are retained as necessary for operation and security.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, in certain cases, receive data in a portable format.

2. Cookies on rollconordic.se
The public website currently does not intentionally use non-essential cookies for analytics, profiling or advertising. For that reason, no consent banner for such cookies is displayed in the current version.
WordPress may use strictly necessary technical cookies in protected administration and login areas for authorised staff. These are used for secure login and website administration and are not intended for ordinary visitors.
3. Language selection
The current website switches between Swedish and English through the web address, for example ?lang=en. The language selection therefore does not require an analytics or marketing cookie.
4. Quote form
When you submit a quote request, the information you enter is transmitted to our server and stored so that we can handle your enquiry. The form does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The website loads fonts through Google Fonts. This is an external network connection and may result in technical information being transferred to Google, although Rollco Nordic does not use the service for advertising or visitor analytics. The website also contains a link to Google Maps; Google Maps opens only when you click the link.
6. If we add non-essential cookies
