Specified width
We convert a parent roll to the widths your production actually needs.
Rollco Nordic slits and converts paper, plastic film and other roll materials to customer-specified widths. Our flexible production handles both small runs and larger volumes for industrial customers in Sweden and across Europe.

Roll slitting divides a wide parent roll into two or more narrower rolls to a customer's specification.
For industrial customers, this is often the step between receiving material from a supplier and feeding it into production. The right width, core, roll build and finished diameter simplify the next process and reduce in-house changeovers.
Rollco Nordic tailors each slitting job to the material and its end use, whether it calls for a few specialist rolls or recurring production volumes.
We convert a parent roll to the widths your production actually needs.
For small specialist runs as well as larger, recurring production.
Finished rolls are prepared to your requirements for core, dimensions and downstream use.
We work with several types of roll material. Material properties, thickness, width, roll build and end requirements determine the best production approach.
For industrial, graphic and technical applications.
Flexible films and other polymer-based roll materials.
Technical films where stable roll handling and the right dimensions matter.
Film products converted to customer-specified widths.
Other flexible materials are assessed against the specification and end use.
Unsure whether your material can be slit? Send us the material data or datasheet with your enquiry and we will assess it.
Our roll slitting and converting setup is planned around the material and the required finished format.

You provide the material, existing roll width, target slit width, core, diameter or length, and volume.
We assess the material, roll format and a suitable production setup.
The parent roll is slit and converted to the agreed specification.
Finished rolls are checked, packed and prepared for the next step in your production or transport.
When a wide parent roll must be divided into several production widths.
When supplied material is wider than the customer's machine can handle.
When the same material is needed in several different widths.
When a production line requires narrower rolls.
When material needs converting before further processing.
When a standard roll size must be tailored to the customer's own process.
Hands-on experience in converting and industrial roll handling.
Small specialist jobs and larger production volumes.
Parent rolls up to 2,500 mm wide and finished widths from 20 mm.
Production in Munka-Ljungby, serving customers in Sweden and across Europe.
We can slit finished rolls from 20 mm wide, depending on the material and the other requirements in the specification.
Our maximum parent roll width is 2,500 mm.
We handle 70, 76 and 152 mm core diameters for both infeed and finished rolls.
